RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Anytime Storage, Inc., we appreciate your business and thank you for choosing our self-storage services. This Refund Policy applies to all rentals, reservations, purchases, and transactions made in person, by telephone, or through our website.
1. STORAGE RENTAL PAYMENTS
All rental payments are considered final upon processing.
Storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis, and rent is due in advance for each rental period. Because a storage unit is reserved exclusively for your use, Anytime Storage, Inc. does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for:
- Early move-outs;
- Unused portions of a rental month;
- Partial months of occupancy;
- Failure to use the rented unit after payment has been made;
- Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to a breach of the rental agreement by Anytime Storage, Inc.
Customers are responsible for providing proper notice of move-out in accordance with the terms of their Rental Agreement.
2. RESERVATIONS
Reservation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at the time of reservation.
3. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
Customers enrolled in automatic payment programs are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
Charges processed before a customer provides notice of cancellation are non-refundable.
4. BILLING OR CHARGE ERRORS
If you believe your account has been charged incorrectly, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification of a billing error by Anytime Storage, Inc., a refund or account credit will be issued as appropriate. Approved refunds may require 5–10 business days, or longer depending on your financial institution, to appear in your account.
5. MERCHANDISE PURCHASES
Refunds or exchanges for merchandise, including locks, packing supplies, and other retail items, are granted solely at the discretion of management.
To be considered for a refund or exchange, merchandise must generally be:
- Unused;
- In its original packaging; and
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Opened, damaged, or used merchandise may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
6. CUSTOMER ERRORS
Anytime Storage, Inc. is not responsible for purchases, rentals, reservations, or payments made in error by the customer. Requests for refunds due to customer mistakes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval.
7. CANCELLATION OF RENTAL
You may terminate your storage rental at any time in accordance with the terms of your Rental Agreement.
Failure to vacate the unit and provide any required move-out notice before the next rental period begins may result in additional rental charges. Such charges are non-refundable once incurred.
8. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that may be provided to customers under applicable Minnesota or federal law. Where a refund is required by law, Anytime Storage, Inc. will comply with all applicable legal requirements.
